I absolutely love this dress from Susan Monaco that has a layer look on the top. When wearing it it sort of looks like you’re wearing a crop top with a high waisted skirt, but it’s all one piece.
This dress is navy, but it’s very, very dark – in some lighting it looks black.
The dress measures about 17 inches across the under arms and 37 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom.
